Arda Tuncer graduated from Haydarpaşa High School and is a final-year student at Bahçeşehir University School of Law. A provincial referee for the Turkish Basketball Federation since 2020, he brings discipline and decisiveness to his legal work. In 2016, he participated in a certified international youth voluntary camp organised by the Youth Services Centre (GSM) in Tallinn, Estonia. His primary interest areas are maritime law, commercial law, and investment law.
