Dr. İlhan completed his undergraduate law education in 2006 at Yeditepe University School of Law (Istanbul) and his LLM in 2009 at Miami University School of Law (Coral Gables, USA). In 2013, he received his Doctor of Law degree with honors from Yeditepe University with his doctoral thesis on “Validity of Arbitration Agreements.”
His main areas of expertise are international commercial law, international commercial and investment arbitration, civil procedure law, and enforcement and bankruptcy law. He is a faculty member in the Department of Civil Procedure, Enforcement and Bankruptcy at Kocaeli University Faculty of Law since 2022, and has served as visiting lecturer at Yeditepe University, Bahçeşehir University, and University of Cyprus Ada Kent.
Dr. İlhan serves as advisor and partner at PKF Turkey Legal. He has represented clients in UNCITRAL, ICDR, GAFTA, VIAC, and ICSID arbitration proceedings with case values ranging from $1M to over $500M.
Çağrı Üstünoğlu is a highly experienced attorney specializing in maritime law, shipping, and insurance law. Throughout his career, he has provided comprehensive legal advisory to a wide client portfolio operating both in Türkiye and internationally, guided by his sector-specific expertise and practice-based knowledge.

Tolga Şahin is a graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law and is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Financial Law at the same institution. He provides legal advisory to multinational and domestic clients in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, project finance, corporate governance, and dispute resolution.
His practice-based experience in high-value commercial transactions and multi-layered contract negotiations enables active contribution to both domestic and cross-border legal processes. With a results-oriented working approach, Tolga aims to produce legally sound and commercially viable solutions — effectively managing complex processes involving multiple jurisdictions and significant financial risks.
Representative matters include advisory on M&A transactions (including a €20M Spanish–Turkish acquisition and a $45M US–Turkish acquisition), management of a ~$250M Istanbul Stock Exchange IPO process, and advisory on ICSID and VIAC arbitration proceedings.
Çiğdem İlhan Kadıyoran is an industrial engineer, finance and trade expert, and attorney at law. With over two decades of multidisciplinary professional experience, she has held key positions in production, trade, finance, and law.
Beginning her career in 1997 at a food manufacturing company, she subsequently served for six years as Commercial Manager at an FMCG sector company, responsible for procurement, sales, import/export, production planning, stock management, and HACCP food safety processes. From 2006 she joined an ISO 500-ranked PVC profile and plastic pipe manufacturing company, serving as Finance Manager for approximately a decade — overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow, working capital, receivables/payables, banking relations, and investment incentives.
In 2017 Çiğdem transitioned into law, completing her legal education in 2019. As second-generation representative of a family law firm with over 50 years of heritage, she combines her extensive commercial experience with legal expertise in commercial law, corporate law, negotiable instruments, employment, tenancy, and family law disputes.
