Att. İsmail Demir completed his undergraduate law education in 2024 at Selçuk University School of Law. Following his graduation, he joined İlhan Law Firm beginning with his mandatory legal internship, and currently continues his career as an associate attorney and legal consultant at the same firm.

His primary areas of expertise are labour and social security law, criminal law, and enforcement and bankruptcy law. He provides legal advisory services focusing on dynamic litigation management, dispute resolution, and enforcement procedures — with a particular emphasis on preventive lawyering, employee-employer dispute resolution, mediation, and criminal defence from the investigation stage through to the courtroom.
